Site visit & Honest conversation
We meet at your lot or project site, talk through your vision, help you align your priorities, and provide you with an initial assessment and next steps.

Develop a set of plans
If you don't have an architect, we'll pair you with one and begin developing the plans for your future home. Throughout this process we will help you balance your budget with your aspirations.

Proposal & alignment
If it's a fit, we put together a detailed proposal. We only move forward when you're fully comfortable with scope, cost, and timing.

We break ground
Permits secured, design finalized, and scheduling well on its way. It's finally time to build your dream home. We are on-site from day one, and every day after.
